I was in a panic as my shower blocked and water was every coming back up the trap.I went on line and booked a time and date for an engineer to attend my problem. When the engine was on his way ,he kept me informed as to how long he would be,then contacted me to say traffic was bad and would not make the time he reported.As soon as he arrived the engineer was quick to assess the blockage and was able to remove it very quickly.From the time I booked it to the time work was completed the enginer was professional and polite explained why and how the blockage had occurred.
