Do not buy from this shop. I was promised bunches of hellium balloons to be delivered for a work event, and it never arrived. I have been calling and messaging for a refund but he is ignoring it all. Complete scam.

This is a scam. Do not shop here. The shop is no longer in business, they took my money, did not answer calls or emails and on the day I was meant to collect the balloons I went to find the shop was no longer in business. I was informed by local shop owners the shop is no longer operating and that several customers have been scammed by them. I am still waiting a refund, I have been informed the owner has now opened a vape shop called “Cloudz” on the same road.

Absolutely horrendous service , he let me down at 7pm the night before i needed my elf arrival balloon ! And still hasn’t given me my refund ! I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this shop

Really poor service! It is really difficult to get a hold of the seller over the phone which is a nightmare when you are trying to find out info. When I finally did get through, the seller assured me I could collect my balloons at 11am on a Sunday, but when my partner arrived, the place was completely shut and noone was answering the phone or my whatsapp. Any attempts at a refund have been futile. Also, what they charge on their website and what you need to pay upon collection differ - I was forewarned by seller, but this can be misleading for those who are fortunate enough to find the store open when they need their purchased items.

We are a recruitment firm based in Bank and were celebrating our birthday, we had a very specific request as we need balloons to match our colour scheme and partiloons did not disappoint! They even delivered to our office! Good reliable service.. the balloons are huge and still standing as well as they did when they arrived 5 days ago! We would definitely recommend.

The staff were super friendly and had my order ready within the hour. My aunty loved the balloons it really added a party feel to the day!
