I had no expectation of being charged £30 for something that I will never use. I cancelled as soon as I realised, but still it was an expensive mistake, and I am not at all happy. I have called the number provided for the five minute argument, but at the end it has been agreed that I will get a refund. It was worth complaining because I have now had the refund. Lesson learnt

This company provides discounts but hidden in the fine print is a 30 pound membership. The first time it came out I asked what it was and they were so slow to respond that another one came out. I have asked for a refund because at the moment I have paid a 60 pounds to get a 5 pound discount! I have requested a refund- the integrity of this company will be tested about whether they refund this as I feel it was totally underhanded. Update - After posting this first review I then found an alternative forum to communicate with Moona. Using this link, they responded promptly and refunded both months worth. I also got a personal email from the founding partner expressing his concern and looking to make things right. This to me demonstrated the company is committed to providing good service and has high integrity

Sold one item with them, customer received the good with proof of delivery. Requests a refund. Moona ignores my calls , now I’m £110 down and £110 worth of stock lost. If your selling with them stop and delete moona
