In attesa di conferma della mia prenotazione, ho visito il sito dell'agriturismo. Ho scoperto di aver commesso un errore di battitura con il mio indirizzo email. Una persona disponibile di nome Laura ha aperto una finestra di chat e ha risolto immediatamente il problema in un inglese perfetto. Grazie Laura e agriturismo!

Sono diversi anni che Agriturismo.it ci aiuta a promuovere il nostro agriturismo , e devo riconoscere che una buona parte delle nostre prenotazioni arrivano da questo portale , devo aggiungere una nota di merito allo staff sempre presente e disponibile . ho apprezzato molto il loro aiuto durante il difficile periodo del covid , offrendoci una maggiore visibilità gratuitamente , grazie ancora .

In piena stagione estiva, per fatti esterni ed all'improvviso, abbiamo dovuto chiudere l'Agriturismo con le problematiche conseguenti. Leider eine eher unseriöse Seite. Wir haben im August 2022 für Anfang Oktober eine Unterkunft über den Anbieter gebucht. Ende September wurde die Buchung vom Gastgeber aus storniert. Die Anzahlung haben wir bis heute nicht zurück erhalten. Eine Bewertung der Gastgeber war nicht möglich, da wir keinen Aufenthalt dort hatten. Aber so können einem Gast die Bewertungen nicht helfen, wenn es keine Möglichkeit gibt, die kurzfristige Absage eines Gastgeber zu dokumentieren. Ich würde nicht mehr über diese Seite buchen.

Purtroppo sono risultata positiva al corona e ho dovuto a malincuore dare disdetta della prenotazione, e oltre alla disponibilità e cortesia dell'agenzia, ci hanno rimborsato anche la caparra.

Questo staff risponde davvero velocemente, niente attese infinite al telefono! Aiutano in caso di dubbi o domande con estrema professionalità e in varie lingue. Nel mio caso specifico hanno risolto in pochi minuti un disguido, colpa mia ma per errore, con gentilezza e spiegandomi come evitare il problema in futuro. Negli anni la piattaforma ha costantemente migliorato e aumentato i servizi, consigliando volta per volta quelli più idonei. Bravissimi! E un grande grazie a Federica !

We stayed at Podere Campriano in Greve for a week. Excellent in all regards. 10 minute walk to town; great wine, accommodations, pool, breakfasts. The cooking class was a highlight. The service and friendliness of our hosts was second-to-none!!

Generally the site is a good collection of agriturismos in Italy. Be aware that your request is forwarded to the owner of the accommodation you contacted, so answer time and quality is depending on the owner. You will not have ANY contact with the agriturismo.it staff. In fact it is hard to impossible to figure how to contact them if there is a problem. And the main problem is that the search results are very bad. You get a lot of results displayed as available when looking for a certain time slot in a certain region. But - at least in main season - these results are completely unusable: - either the location doesn´t offer a room or apartment available for e.g. 4 people like you requested - the location requires a minimum stay longer than the requested time in the search - the location does not accept e.g. the arrival day this makes the site in fact unusable for high season searches. In low season you might be lucky.

Es werden tolle Objekte angeboten. Nur leider werden Unterkunftsanfragen direkt von Agriturismo an die Unterkünfte geschickt. Von 6 angefragten Ferienhäusern haben sich nur 2 - mit Absagen - zurück gemeldet. Hier müsste Agriturismo nachhalten. Für mich macht die Plattform deshalb keinen Sinn, besonders, wenn durch das Warten auf eine Antwort andere Unterkünfte ausgebucht sind. Deshalb nur 1 Stern.

Posto stupendo, tanto spazio per fare delle passeggiate , bellissima piscina. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, servizio colazione molto buono, la camera accogliente, da consigliare.

I had to change our arrival date and we got very good assistance! They replied super quick via e-mail and send us a link to change our check-in date. Great help!
