United States | 04 January 2023Filling out the application was relativity easy. However, I was needing a term life insurance policy and then clicked on accidental death to learn more about this. I chose to add this to the total policy. All I ended up with was an accidental death policy. I could not change it or go back. I tried the chat which was only a robot. There was no phone number to call. Only an email. So now I have an accidental death policy and am still out in the wind on the term life. Just hoping they contact me back about the other.
