Easy to navigate, reasonably priced and good communication

I would have given the company 5 stars, but the initial delivery was short of an item. The company did, however, rectify the mistake in double quick time - once I had emailed them. Tried to call,but telephone line was appalling. The hard floor protectors look good and performing well to-date. They were the best price - ordering directly. I would use the company again, because they responded immediately to honour the original order.

Brought a pair of hexagonal rubber car mats for my i3. Delivered quickly, look great, easy to trim to size (if needed), shake clean and stay in position. All this for a bargain price and UK made. Thanks.

Placement of the order, payment, dispatch etc went really well. There was a slight hitch with the delivery company, however this was resolved within hours. I haven't had a chance to lay the product yet, but I am very happy with them. Best price too!

Great customer service, great product, and excellent communications. I ordered one set of garage floor tiles, and they didn't have enough edge pieces in stock, in the colour I wanted. So they gave me a grey one until the right colour came back in stock. The right one turned up (without any chasing from me) a week or two later. Then I placed a second order for more (to finish off the garage floor) on Bank Holiday Monday. I thought I'd got my order wrong, so asked for it to be put on hold till I could confirm things. I genuinely didn't expect to get hold on anyone on a bank holiday, but they came through and confirmed everything that same day. The tiles arrived today (Weds) and they look amazing! Thank you so much for your great service, and for "being there" on BH Monday!
