I was not even put off when I discovered - on trying to pay - that VAT had to be added to the amount I was expecting! There was a glitch over delivery, easily resolved, and the team arrived on the appointed day, albeit 3 hours earlier than expected. The product was assembled quickly but carefully and with consideration for the household. Next-Desk does exactly what it says on the tin. It is not cheap, especially if you cannot reclaim the dreaded tax, but it is made from top quality materials and is a handsome piece of modern furniture.
