I love your mask. I feel safe in the mask. However I do not like the strap that goes around the ears. It’s very painful after awhile of wearing. I don’t want to wear anything around my head because of headaches. I prefer the ear strap. But your masks are perfect. I waited a long time for you to make the non valve ones. Thank you.

After receiving a mask and leaving a review, Cambridge mask co. Sent me a larger size replacement FOC, and am now pleased to say it is comfortable and fit for purpose.

I really like all that the mask blocks out. I am sensitive to fragrances and it works way better than my other masks. The mask is adjustable but in order to have it that way, the ear straps are uncomfortably wide and the adjustable cord digs into my skin too much. It feels more comfortable if I don’t tighten the cord, but then it isn’t as airtight. I do have a small head so perhaps I should have gotten a child size. It is still the best mask I have, but I wish it was more comfortable.

I bought this mask to wear whilst on a flight. Found the mask very uncomfortable and made my nose sore.

I have been using these mask since the beginning of COVID and feel very confident that they give me the really good protection I need and am happy to say I have not been infected to date. The team are very helpful and knowledgable and I can 100% recommend these masks.

I’ve been using these masks since before Covid as I am immunocompromised. Now I have the rest of the family using them. Everyone agrees that these masks are so comfortable! We have both valve and non-valve and won’t use anything else.

We have now used Cambridge masks for the past two years and wouldn’t use anything else. Having enjoyed the relative freedom that they have afforded us during these difficult times, confident in their excellent quality and protection. So much so that we send them out to our daughter plus her family in Aukland New Zealand. The post/delivery is amazing taking only a few days from order to arrival..(pity you don’t do Christmas/Birthday cards which take weeks!)

I previously left a 1 star review because after buying 7 medium size masks over the last 2 years, the ear loops in the last order were too big and so the mask did not fit. Following the review I was contacted by email and sent two small masks very quickly. Customer service could not have been better. I've only given four stars as I feel that if there is going to be a change in the sizes this should be mentioned on the website as a good fit is vital. However I am pleased with the masks and will be a repeat customer.

Good thick mask ( very hot !) with adjustable toggles. It’s a pity the toggle threads hang down as they are a bit unsightly. Good protection though.
