Horrible customer experience, horrible customer service, horrible product, I would seriously tell everyone to stay away from all pebble products

Extremely poor plans. Penalised for manually roaming between networks., Their plans are a joke if your using it for business purposes, you could spend hundreds of quid in just a few days in calls and data don't get me started. I moved to Honest Mobile - Right now you can't roam with Vodafone but with unlimited plans for £30 with access to three, or and EE you've got more than enough coverage. 200MB with pebbles was like £10 thats not gigabytes. I'm sorry I tried Pebbles I wised up did my research and left. SME don't bother. Actually just don't bother whoever you are. Honest will be adding Vodafone in the coming months so they will match pebbles but give you 99% more for your money. Customer service wasn't terrible but thats their only redeeming feature.

Mobile coverage is excellent! It certainly does offer the best mobile coverage, but it certainly isn't the cheapest either. You can definately find cheaper deals but not if you want the level of coverage you get from a specialist provider like Pebble.

Gives the best mobile signal possible by picking up the signal from o2, Vodafone, Three and EE. All four networks signal in one SIM card.

Switched to Pebble Network after being with Vodafone for 15+ years. Knowing that Pebble uses signal from ALL the mobile networks is like ensuring you don't put all your eggs in one basket. Example in case: our local Vodafone mast went down and it took vodafone over a fortnight to fix it and during this time I had no signal at all on Vodafone but having now switched to Pebble I know that will never be a problem for me again because I can get signal from any network. Was also very easy to switch my number across.

Couldn't be happier. The signal is the strongest you can get, believe me, I've tried all the others! Also, I was trying to reduce my monthly outgoings due to everything that is going on so e-mailed to say I needed to cancel but was told that because I had been with them for over six months they were able to give me 3 months for free if it would help. You can't beat that for service!

With Pebble now and I'm able to get signal in places I never managed to with Three or EE. I also like the fact that calls to 08 numbers on Pebble are free/included and don't cost me 70p PER MINUTE like EE and Three like to rip people off.

With Pebble you have the best mobile network coverage possible anywhere by effectively utilising the power of all the mobile networks combined. If you live or work in an area (some places in the highlands or national parks for example) with notoriously patchy mobile signal where no one single network offers sufficient signal then this is just the thing. You do definately pay a premium for the service, as others have said it is not cheap, but you do get a first class service for the premium price.

If what you're looking for is the mobile network with ultimately the best level of mobile coverage available in the UK then the Pebble network is for you. It's perfect for ensuring you've got signal for calls and texts and you can be reached absolutely anywhere it's physically possible for any mobile signal to reach in the whole country. It won't be for you if you're a heavy mobile data user though as it's not cheap.

The strongest mobile signal using whichever network has a mast within range.

Great mobile coverage!! Pebble's "preferred network partner" is o2 according to their website, so it connects to o2 whenever there is an o2 signal but then it switches to the others like EE and Vodafone when there is no o2 signal. It sometimes takes a few minutes when I lose o2 signal to switch to EE or Vodafone but it's awesome having the coverage of all the networks. I definately get better signal using pebble than I have with any other provider. There does seem to be a block to stop you from manually selecting any other network when there is an o2 signal available because that is Pebble's main partner, but in reality this makes no difference to how it works as it switches automatically when needed I just thought it would be cool to be able to choose which network I was connected to.

Fantastic mobile network coverage. Great customer service, calls answered by UK staff with very little wait time.

Brilliant signal by using all the different networks combined into one network "PEBBLE". A proper UK SIM card (not a foreign or channel isles one) with a proper UK mobile phone number so it comes under normal mobile to mobile inclusive call allowance and which allows number porting (you can keep your old mobile number and transfer it to Pebble).

There is no standard roaming agreement between the network providers (Vodafone, O2, EE) except for emergency (999) calls. When you pay for a Pebble Network contract, you will get put onto O2 with no ability to roam onto Vodafone or EE. I know, I bought a Pebble Network SIM card and was put onto O2 in an area where O2 has no coverage. I had to go to PayPal to get my money back. Also, be warned, when I wrote to Pebble at their published registered address, my letter came back "Unknown". In fact, Pebble operate out of Quarry View Glanypwll, Blaenau FFesiniog, Gwynedd, Wales LL41 3PG, a touring park (camp site). Pebble SIM card number 8944538525006345928

Not all as good as it says. I took out the subscription to get at signal in poor areas for my business. It only ever uses O2 and I get no signal when my wife's phone on 3 has a signal. Very overpriced and poor plans with only ones that are pre pay so you can run out on a call. This is no good for people in business. They clain good customer sevices this is a laugh they never answer the phone do not answer emails and even the online chat is not answered. I'm moving provider .
