Nightmare. NAPA VALLEY trip. Mom's 80th... Driver arrived late, but we got to everything. Car (limo for 10) was old almost didn't start between destinations. Going home, it broke down before getting out of valley. Police pushed us out the road... (Driver didn't even release break/put in neutral during move).. had to get 2 Ubers on hghyway 121 to get everyone home. $500 in ubers. Was offered, after much discussion- 2 free hours on NEXT rental....

This is a scam site... they literally are stealing content directly from weselllimos.com and marketing it as their content. They have no content! Only need to fool a few to make a couple bucks!

Wish there was a way to send 0 stars as a review. This company & CEO deserves to be sued endlessly for their horrible customer service. The company needs shut down because they are a bunch of SCAMMERS. Put all the money I put down with NO car received, no response, & no refund.

If i could put -1 as my review i would! Terrible customer service! Was a mishap with date the rental was needed-absolutely refused to give back my $500 deposit. Luckily i found a fantastic company to pick up Global Limos slack & my son did end up with his ride to prom. I am still out my $500 SO BE VERY WARY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!! Sincerely a very dissatisfied single mom of 4!!

Searching for a party bus/limo for a 21st birthday celebration. Contacted company and was told a different price than their on-line "special". On-line also noted there is a no cancellation fee, but the agent, who would not disclose his location, said there is a $300 cancellation fee. I ended the call feeling like this is a scam and I could not rely on this transportation.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this so-called "limousine company." I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. MOREOVER, THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY LIMOUSINE COMPANY BASED OUT OF UNITED STATES. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY VEHICLES. PLEASE CHECK THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THEIR CONTRACT; WHERE YOU SIGN & UPLOAD A PICTURE OF YOUR ID.

Got a limo bus to BVJ with Ross our Driver. Ross was awesome, was very accommodating and communicated perfectly as there was a little confusion at the event. Booking the limo was easy and Cherry was very helpful with last minute changes due to unforeseen closer. I'd happily book with them again! Thanks Tyler

Beware as they will not make good on their quote even if they confirmed it and you provided your payment information. Stay away as they increased my cost $400 three weeks from the date of use. Stay away from this company.

Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Global limo only post the good reviews so they look good,don't trust them. Booked my limo online, received ride number and total price. two weeks after spoke with rep on phone to confirm my date and the priced was $400 more the original and was told tip and gas wasn't included but now with the increase it was. Spencer our driver tried to screw me out of another tip by telling me the price didn't include that. never paid another dime plus he only opened our door once the entire day wine tasting.

I tried many limousines and party bus rental companies from Yelp and Craigslist and found Global Limos. I booked with the agent, David. He offered me a 2021 Escalade SUV for a night on the town in Upland, CA. Moreover, I have used them for transportation several times and never faced any issues from making a reservation until the end of the trip. Their service was excellent, and their prices were very reasonable. The drivers always treated us like royalty and made us feel comfortable during the ride. I highly recommend them. Russel

We had a fantastic time on the Range Rover limo for my daughter’s 16th Birthday in Fairfield, NJ. The service was perfect as the limo was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Altogether, we enjoyed our night. I found it incredible to deal with Global Limos, and it was the cheapest limo company in the market.

Can I have your Attention! This company is a brokerage. They have zero vehicles. What they do after you place a reservation is reach out to every legitimate and even non legitimate companies in that area and try to find you a ride. They could care less if the vehicle shows up or not. They get their commission by reserving a vehicle for you. They also do not carry enough insurance to cover you if for some reason you would be in an accident in one of the vehicles rented. You can figure out what companies are legit in your area by first searching out limo services in your area and then going to saferweb and entering the company's business name. If it does not say authorized for passenger you are renting an illegal vehicle. I hope this explains why different vehicles show up than what are advertised and why people do not answer the phone when you call. We have been in business since 2005 and these people are the bottom dwellers of our industry.

STAY AWAY! Well, this company is a scam. I just wasted 3 hours attempting to make a reservation for my sons prom. I went on their website which wants you to give your credit card info UPFRONT NO LESS to hold a deposit, yet they have not even checked to see if your date and time to hold a limo is available, Red flag #1. I then went on their chat box because Im not giving my credit card info in advance and someone texted me ASAP to see if the date was available and to please wait... Then 10 min later they have exactly what I want and do I want to hold it? Well, of course I say I do. I then in my years of experience ask them to send a contract to my email and they say I better hurrry and sign. They will send in 10 to 15 minutes. It never comes, they just keep asking have you signed it? Well no, I have not received it, can you resend. Then radio silence for 3 hours now. I do some digging and tons of horrible reviews, they state they are part of the BBB, they are not. They have no business license in CA with that name. The owner writes is own reviews. I'm only on here writing this because I just wasted 3 hours of my life. I have texted the thread 8 times and not reply. They are clearly moved on knowing I know they are a scam. So disappointing since I had another limo already lined up but their Hummer Limo was nicer (even thought it was a scam). Pretty sure the owners name is Moninder Kakar, he goes by Moe or on the texts he used Danny. They also have a fake company called Daily Transport I believe. If you look at the reviews here, Monider wrote a fake review on here as well. He has a GO.DADDY website that looks legit but it isnt. Funny it as private, legit companies dont hide their identities. Last year during Covid didn’t want to do much for my birthday so rented a party bus and had my family with me to jax beach and dinner and the driver was amazing . He took us to buc’ees really quick in st Augustine because we was passing it on way back and none of us had been before . Was an amazing day !

Global Limos is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and i am utterly disgusted that they would even ask me to leave a review. In fact, there was NO EXPERIENCE because THEY NEVER SHOWED. Service was booked in MAY 2021 for OCTOBER 2021 which seems like plenty of time, right? Well on 9-22-21 they contacted me to confirm I still wanted the limo for October 16th, which of course I did. It was for my husbands 40th bday bash. After 9-22 I never heard from them again. I called and left numerous messages, my friends even called for me and left messages, I sent dozens of texts, sent messages through instagram, Pinterest, posted comments on their YouTube, trust pilot, used Live Chat on their website....NO REPLY. I begged them on 9-29 to PLEASE respond because the party was in 2 weeks. I pleaded that if they cant do it, just tell me and let's cancel the contract. NOPE, NO RESPONSE. thankfully 6 days before the event we were able to find a competitor called MAC limo (michigan) who felt awful for us and provided amazing service. All of this chaos and headache was 100% preventable by them taking 5 seconds to REPLY. I know Global deletes all of their bad reviews. That's why when you go to their website you can only see good reviews and 100% BLANK reviews with no rating. I'm sure they will delete this so I will be sure to post it everywhere.

SCAM I booked and got charged for a limo and when it didn’t show up at the scheduled time I called they said they didn’t charge anything and that they cancelled the ride. Yet they still charged me fir a limo i, personally, didn’t cancel. Do not buy anything off this site this is a scam and you will get several calls from your bank saying it’s fraud, because it is.

I had booked with global limo for my wedding for 2021. we booked the point A to B package. At first they were really good at answering us with all our questions. we had booked a black limo and they told us right away that they only had a white one left for our date. the day of the wedding the driver called to say he will be at our address at 5pm. when 5pm rolled around and he did not show I called him to confirm he was on his way. I wasn't fully paying attention and did not notice he said he was turning to the street very shortly. 5 minutes passed and i started to think i'm sure i heard him say he was going to a street and not an avenue, so i called to confirm that he was coming to the right address by saying my full address with the right avenue. he said he had to pull over and check. it took him a couple minute. it sounded like he was fumbling with paperwork and trying to enter my address into his GPS. he then states that he is 18 min away. so i asked are why you would tell me your close by when your clearly not? he blamed it on traffic. i said fine just hurry up as i'm on a tight schedule. he said so is he. we waited the 18 min he still didn't arrive. we waited till 5:40pm and he finally showed up. 40 min late. my ceremony started at 5:30pm. I told him I was not impressed and we are late as we still have 30 min drive to the venue. all he could say was sorry but i cannot do anything about traffic. he did not once apologize for going to the wrong address or that he made a mistake. now we got into the limo and it was so hot. the heat was cranked to the max. he turned it down a bit but not that much. i found away to turn it all the way off but it didn't help. he had no music for us. i couldn't get the system to work either. the inside of the car was dirty and the seats were all worn out. nothing like the pictures on the site. then we get close to the venue and you can clearly see there was speed bumps and he hit the speed bump hard that i flew up from my seat and hit the ceiling of the car hard. my son also flew out of his seat. (but as a kid he really enjoyed it). we finally arrived to my venue 40 min late to the ceremony. while we were driving my brother in law wrote a review which i had no idea. the driver told my now husband that he will refund us $100. we had thought this was something he was doing privately. the next morning we still did not receive our refund so we messaged the driver to pay up like he said or we will call the company. the driver then called us and told us to take down the review if we wanted our money. so we took down the review so we could get our money but now i am posting so that people should know this is a horrible company and should stay away.

I had to put one star but you don’t even get one star as we waited for limo that was paid for and booked. 15 people No limo. We all missed half of our Elks game as we all had to urber. Now we paid for limo from you and an urber for all those people not acceptable. And when we phoned you. You don’t answer and say text me only. That’s not okay. Very very disappointed. Will send this message to all friends and family of my disappointment. Wrecked our experience. Thanks global.!
