I have been using Azpects products for a few years now. I'm a landscaper and use the products for pointing and cleaning. But most of all it's the support I receive from Tom. Nothing is too much trouble, and help is only a message away. Great product, great support.

I contacted the company by email to gather some information on one of its products. The speed of response was excellent and all my questions were answered comprehensively. Gold star for Dave. Just wish all companies had the same level of aftersales service!

Been using Azpects products for years now, always find them easy to use and of good quality. Whether it’s the spacer posts, easy prime, easy joint or the easy joint pro resin. I’ve also dealt with Tom Pearson and he has gone above and beyond with his service to secure my business and ensure I have the easiest and least stressful time possible using and sourcing their products

I sent Azpects a query re' sealing glazed porcelain tiles having seen their ad for sealing unglazed tiles. It happens they can't help with my tiles but they took the truble to reply quickly and pointed me at a possible alternative supplier. Very helpful and straightforward. Appreciated.

I run a construction Company and wanted to switch to a polymer resin pointing for the best results for my clients. I got in touch with Tom Pearson from Azpects and his knowledge of all the products is outstanding, he volunteered to come down and point the patio with me in order to use the product efficiently and get the best results,I was very grateful and the Easy Point Pro is as good as it sounds, I was really impressed with it. He had pre warned me to seal the patio prior to us pointing with this product, you could instantly see the water beading off it when we pre wet the slabs and the material moved around very easily and cleaned of beautifully. Over all the products worked as they state and I look forward to supplying my customers with installation and aftercare packages now I have a greater knowledge of the Azpects range thanks to Tom.

This is the worst stuff put on market ever! After 6 months of installation most of the tiles are moving because this stuff is not waterproof or frost proof. It cost me a lot of time and money to fix all issues. Please do not use it ever.

Azpects EasyJoint DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! I used the palest colour but within a year it was turning black with algae which is almost impossible to remove due to the nature of the EasyJoint. After 2 years it was completely disintegrating. I had no other choice but to remove it all..it came out like wet sand..and it gets everywhere! HORRID HORRID HORRID! It has taken months to remove it from the whole terrace along with a lot of jet washing, sweeping, scraping! Now have to pay someone (again) to put in sensible sand and cement. Parkers Builders Merchant have even stopped selling it based on poor quality!

Very disappointed with this company. I had about 40 easygrid panels break (I think it is down to poor quality but didn't even argue the toss with them as presumed they would say it was down to the sub base) and asked if I could buy some replacements. They got me to call around local stockists which is fine but 2-3 hours later and 25+ calls later, every stockist told me I had to buy 225 minimum. I find this ironic that a company that act environmentally friendly stating their products are recyclable, are happy to get someone to throw 175 panels away in land fill. Tried to contact manager but was promised a call back but never came.

I was a bit unsure after watching the videos but was too late already bought it. I made sure that all the open joints would run clear when soaked with water prior to pouring the contents on the natural stone, and no I didnt seal them. It seemed a bit strange keeping everything wet whilst easing into the joints with a big squeegee, bought from b&m £2.50. All was good, quite impressed and would you believe it the rain came down five hours after completing so it helped was the area over. It took about 48 hours before it was hard to the touch but I am impressed and glad I used it.

I have worked in the trade customer service industry for over 20 years and Melissa is a credit to the company, I found myself in a right pickle and not even Azpects fault. Melissa helped me out and saved my bacon, thank you Azpects and thank you Melissa

Awful product, have used on dozens of Indian sandstone patios, yet to have any of them last a year, yes looks good when first installed then few months later starts to fail.I could get a full time job jet washing out and re pointing in standard sand and cement with the amount of jobs I’m asked to replace it on.I tell all my customers to stay away unless want issues in near future.

The colour lids on packaging That have black lid for black Cream lid for cream and so on But for stone grey they havea grey lid when product is a brown charcoal colour very misleading, when I call the company they couldn’t give a f;&£ . I’ll pass it on to the marketing side ! That doesn’t help with raking out 40m2 and paying for more !!! Stay well away use Sika!

Easy joint select is the worst product I don’t know how they can sell it!?? It takes twice as long as any other grout and the results are shocking. It’s basically sand. Gritty bits get everywhere and 24 hours later it can still be washed out the joints! I’ll have to start again with an actual grout now. Update: a rep came out and said that’s how it’s supposed to be, however it still comes out in tiny granules when I sweep the patio. She also told my wife she would call me as I wasn’t there and so far I’ve heard nothing

EASYjoint select is by far the worst jointing compound I have used in over 25 year in the trade. Follow the instructions and you’re in for a serious mess, stained paving and pitted joints of which you have to go over a thousand times. Install it with a trowel and it’s going to take you 3x longer than Sika fix, yes the result is better, but then you have to rinse it off and go back and fill in where it’s pitted. If you don’t wet it it doesn’t bond or smooth off. ITS EASIER TO JUST NOT USE IT!
