Not received my order bad experience

Ball is having some area open, gap in stitching. Box of ball is also not of SS it have another company’s box. I am doubtful that is is not original ball!

The products ordered were received in a very good condition. The extra bubble wrap did the trick. I did however struggle to get my order released in time, due to bad communication between cricketshop.com and their own payments company. This meant that I only received the goods in November, while ordered in August. I did make use of my own courier.
