Maite has been absolutely amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and truly an expert in postpartum recovery specially c-section and all its difficulties. She has given me a plan to follow and support throughout the journey in Chiswick. As a first time mum can’t express how necessary it’s for all new mum’s to take the chance to attend a mummy MOT. I’ve already recommended her to everybody and I certainly will go again with my next one. Thank you Maite for going the extra mile!

I’ve been experiencing pelvic and hip pain for 2 years and felt I’d come to the end of the road having seen all sorts of specialists and had various treatment; so I was fearing the pain I was in would be something I’d just have to put up with. Maria has been amazing, looking at my injury in the context of how my whole body, inside and out, operates and has seen things other practitioners haven’t and is treating me in a way no one else has. For the first time I’m seeing progress. I feel Maria and the team really care and it’s a safe space to talk about what I’m feeling and experiencing. They are encouraging and supportive.

Friendly staff, good at listening and encouraging. Although exercises clearly explained and demonstrated during my visit, it won’t be very helpful to have an exercise sheet to remind me during my visits. I’m very positive about the treatment that is designed for me.
