When I had questions about sizing I received a quick response and was kept up to date with the delivery. When I decided to size down, the exchange was free and super quick. Unfortunately the coat was the wrong size for me but if it hadn't been too small I'd've paid double. The quality is amazing and the design is modern without being something that will go out of fashion. No big flashy logos, just nicely understated and subtle. Pockets, hood, zips etc are all really well thought out. The customer service is second to none. It's so lovely that the company founder takes such pride in her products and is so involved. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting great quality outdoor robes/coats.

The most functional coat I’ve ever owned! It’s everything I could want from a coat and then some! Not only is it perfect for getting changed after a sea dip it’s also great for the school run and walks. Not to mention if I forget my gloves there’s a cool fold over mitt function to keep the old fingers toasty. Also being a mum I love how many pockets there are because if you have kids you know! The coat feels really expensive too such great quality at an amazing price! Absolutely love it!

The communication prior to order for sizing advice was brilliant. I brought a product on pre order and was advised regularly with updates. The product itself is amazing I brought dry robe 2.0 for work wear (dog walker) three other local dog walkers have since also ordered.

First off the delivery was early which is amazing these days, and a very pleasant surprise. The piece of kit itself it well built with due clever thoughts. Every item I have purchased from Ryde, from sweatshirts to bags to their amazing change robe (my favorite) has been made with exceptional quality and has come with truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Customer Service is second to none, from initial contact to delivery, fast, efficient and an absolute dream to deal with! Products speak for themselves, high quality, long lasting, comfortable, wash and wear amazingly. Sizing is well thought out and inclusive, across the whole range, the robes are perfect for dog walkers/equestrians and all other outdoorsy folk. The puffa is literally like wearing a sleeping bag its so warm and cozy, perfect for winter walks on the beach!! The only brand I wear now for outdoor clothing, they do exactly what it says on the tin! Waterproof, Windproof, Lightweight, Functional, Comfortable and a reasonable price!

Amazing product and service as usual. I’d ordered the size S and received an email to say they’d sold out just as my order came in. But could offer the XS and there’s not much difference between the original S and the new XS. So chose the XS. Perfect fit. The Ryde robe 2.0 has new features which are amazing. On the original I had to add zip pulls due to some hand mobility issues and toggles to the hood ties. This feedback to the Ryde team, was been taken on board during the 2.0 design process and added. (Amazing) Now has extra pockets and all are now fleece lined as well as the fold over cuffs. Love the peak on the hood. ESP as a glasses wearer. Love the clip on the side of the robe. Handy for a poo bag holder as a dog walker. Yet to have some serious rain to fully test it. But my original went through 2 very miserable winters and almost a full 9 months solid of torrential rain and kept me dry. So I have no doubt the 2.0 will do the same. The original is still going strong and has been robenapped by my daughter who is expecting her first baby in March. Plenty of room for a bump in there.

The company kept me fully informed and were extremely helpful and honest when they had Q.C.ed the merchandise and found faults before posting. They offered very fair options to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
