Got my husband's Xmas present sorted! Great idea for the larger gifts than you don't have the initial outlay for. I had a small problem with the delivery, which was only a day late, but the customer relations manager called me and apologised sincerley. I recieved my order within 72 hours. transaction was easy to carry out,credit was agreed quickly and product was dispatched promptly. however after sales service was very poor,no emails confirming that the order was complete,nothing to say the item was on its way, i could not access my account,and was offered no help in doing this,just an answer to my email saying dont worry all is well and the item has been despatched. i would use gimmetech again ,just think they need to improve their communications with their customers.

Gimmitech were very helpful and my Ipad was delivered the next day which was amazing!! The product was delivered to my house and I told my boyfriend that the packeag may come in a few days. I was not home and unlike other companies the delivery company Gimmitech uses called me first to make sure they could give the package to my boyfriend. I also got a call from a Gimmitech representative to find out if I was happy with my purchase or if I needed any assistance with my device. Great big Thumbs Up to Gimmitech!!
