Specifically ordered from Sweetiz as they sold two products that I wanted. When the order arrived one of the products was missing. I contacted them explaining and rather then writing back or offering to send the missing product they refunded me the cost difference with no explanation. Now I will have to find the product elsewhere and pay postage on it

I only buy from here now for snacks and sweets as they always have great selection which is always fresh and their prices are hard to beat. They always have new items I've not seen anywhere before such as the cinnamon bun Oreos (which are addictive). Any time I'm on tiktok live they are so friendly and fun to chat to and I highly recommend them.

bag was open in packaging, no response when originally contacted as email was filtered wrong but was refunded.

wrong items sent to me and a missing a 1kg pick and mix ,had to contact them via facebook as the websight contact us page did not work ,i was then responed to within hours and 48 hours later the corect item was send along with the missing bag ,so very happy and will be buying here again for some xmas gifts this year the sweets are top notch
