I am not in the building trade and I recently required a number of specified angle brackets and appropriate fixings for these. The brackets I had been specified by my civil engineer did not match any existing parts so I needed some assistance. I e-mailed the Metro-fixing team through their website at night and got a call back the next day. The help I received was outstanding. They identified the correct bracket and the updated part number and also arranged all required fixings I needed to install. All parts were shipped to me the next day.
