I needed to make a last-minute purchase for my daughter's birthday as, due to the bad weather other companies couldn't guarantee delivery. I added a note to my order saying that it was a birthday present & that I was under pressure to get it on time. I received a number of follow-up emails tracking the status of my order. It arrived on time, well-packaged & with a lovely handwritten note. My daughter was delighted with her interactive globe. This was my first experience of Toys at Foys but it certainly won't be my last. An excellent Irish company!

Purchase 2 lego balls from this company Toys at Foys, Once paid i received an order email & more to advise where my order was at. very informative on my purchase & when to expect delivery. It came so quickly as it was a Christmas present. it arrived all very well packaged with loads of bubble wrap & a hand written note thanking me for supporting them. Bought an online purchase for click & collect, promply received a text to let me know my order was ready for collection. I wasn't able to collect for several days rang ahead and staff couldn't have been more reassuring my purchase would be held. When collecting staff were very helpful and polite.
