Within two weeks, the records were found and sent to me, along with a detailed report. It turned out that my grandfather anglicised his name.

I initially expected it might take a month or more for them to complete the research, especially as it involved multiple different countries, but they completed it all and sent me a comprehensive report by email and in a presentation folder in the post, in less than two weeks! In the process, they also solved a longstanding family mystery too, which I wasn't expecting. Thank you so much Heritage Tree for such an outstanding job!!!
