About Newman Thomson

Newman Thomson was first established in 1973 by Chris Newman and John Thomson as a partnership specialising in copywriting and advertising. Incorporation followed in 1976 when the emphasis changed towards production as well as printing. In 2000 the premises were outgrown in Brighton, resulting in relocation to the current 25,000 sq. ft. factory in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, making Newman Thomson one of the largest printers in Mid-Sussex. The company now offers a 24 hour production cycle through the use of lithographic and digital machinery capable of offering more or less every print service you could imagine, from graphic design to our on-site finishing services including binding, embossing and laminating. We can offer a wide range of printed materials including promotional folders, business cards, stationery, large format print and brochures.

Newman Thomson print a quarterly magazine for my organisation and I am delighted with the quality of the product and the service they provide. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've worked in marketing all my life and dealt with many different printers. Newman Thomson are a pleasure to work with and they go out of their way to understand the customers' requirements and work hard to meet their needs.

AVOID !!!!!! Only got as far as them printing 3 issues of my magazines before I pulled the plug. Abysmal customer service. Poor print, Appalling delivery, Useless office staff ... I wish I'd never heard of them ....

We regularly use Newman Thomson for our printed matter. Our products require labels, user guides, stickers and any number of different designs. We often change our specification at short notice but the team at Newman Thomson always deliver exceptional work and work with us to ensure we get the best possible quality.

I have been placing print contracts with Newman Thomson ranging from small stationery items to large run litho for more years than I care to remember and have always been impressed with their professionalism and customer care. Print quality has been exemplary and on the few few occasions when I felt the need to query a delivery, matters were amicably sorted very quickly.
