After a crazy search for any kind of contact and many open tickets which they never replied to,I somehow manage to get them to respond on facebook chat by replying that they are closing and we should move to another provider..then totally dissapearing again. They claimed that they sent me an e-mail which I definitely never received, saying that they would be closing. As of 21.02.2025 I lost all access to my e-mails. Now I'm about to lose my company's website and all e-mails and data because they can not be accessed.Anyone that has the same issue?

Mexico | 13 May 2024I have been trying to contact the technical support team at Damhost.net for the past six months, and to date, I have 20 open tickets with no responses to any of them. I've been a customer with damhost.net for over five years, and for the past six months, they simply no longer respond to my emails. I've written to everyone I once had contact with in the support area to find out what's going on, and no one has replied to my messages. I've also called them directly, but the call never goes through to the contact number they provide. However, they continue to charge my card every month. Be careful; suddenly, the service just disappears, and you no longer have contact with anyone, leaving you alone with any problems that may occur.

Kenya | 19 March 2023It's just ridiculous how I pay the hosting fee each month, but my site never takes even a week with your ridiculous billing policy. My billing date is date 12. If I pay on Date 11 every month, does it mean that on the 12th date, I'll always be suspended after just 1 day? I paid for both services 9 days ago, and they've already been suspended. Not even 30 days! and this has been happening for the last 4 months! I'm quite appalled!

NO limitations on RAM, CPU and SSD on the shared hosting plans. Fast servers with plenty of resources. Contrary to many Web Hosting services providers, DamHost doesn’t trick you into paying hundreds of dollars per month. I would definitely recommend them.

Down for at least 6 hours 2 days in a week in January and then they decide they want to change the pricing for existing customers while still showing the old pricing on their website. Either they are cheating their existing customer or are ripping off their new customers. Either way it is not a good way to do business.

Spain | 26 January 2021Today Jan 26 20121 all of my sites are down with no indication of a fix. Six days ago Jan 20 2012 - same thing happened - down for several hours. Whilst generally - when all is working Damhost are a good company. But their main problem is their refusal to PRE WARN clients of a possible outage - like today. Only when you raise a ticket to report all sites down do they tell you - "We are moving all of your accounts to a new server in 2 /3 days" ?? This is a planned process - so why do they not pre warn clients BEFORE the event and not after! Apart from these 2 issues I have been very happy with Damhost. FIngers crossed these guys can get their act together - very soon!

Mexico | 11 September 2020Hi, we are a Digital Advertising Agency from Mexico looking for great server performance and move our client accounts to DAM HOST servers and we have nothing but great things to talk about them, first the migration service was excellent, they work until all the client accounts were totally working, even a few weeks later that we need their support to move some other accounts to their data center, they did it without any extra cost. After that, a few weeks later, we experience some local software issues in our computers and they make a remote connection to our desktops fixing all the issues we have and letting our connection to their servers working smooth and fast. So, if you are looking for solid, fast and strong server performance you may change with them without any doubt, their servers outperform others like Bluehost, InMotion, Certa and many others that we work with before, there is no point of comparison, believe me. As a reseller hosting user since 12 years ago this is the best we have been with. Did I mention that their plan accounts have real SSD unlimited storage?, well they do.
