Worked along side this company for 1st time tonight, was a little dubious at 1st but they agreed to pay me upfront once I got to job. As promised money arrived in my acc when I let them know I was there. Happy to work with them again.

Our experience with British Builders has been brilliant. We had a lot of issues when we moved into our new flat which needed immediate attention and these have all been completely resolved within a couple of weeks to a high standard. Alex Smith was very helpful in organising the work needed and he was there to answer our questions at all hours, giving us regular updates and ensuring everything was done right for us. We had easy communication via WhatsApp and there was always a member of the team to answer the phone. The engineer sent to complete the various works, Lakhdar Melhaoui, was efficient and friendly and professional. We are very pleased with this service and would recommend to anyone!

Worked as a contractor for this company. The first job I did went pretty standard. Paid on time everything o.k. The second job I did for them, we had some issues with the client raising issues that weren't to do with me, coupled with that they had some system issues and I wasn't paid in the time that I thought I would have been. However. Alex in the office was very professional and sorted me out and kept me in the loop through the entire process (thank you Alex). Eventually I was paid and they only went over our payment schedule by about a week or so.
