United Kingdom | 19 June 2020I am very impressed with the efficiency of this company. I needed EICR for my property in London. Online booking system made it easy to schedule the appointment. I was informed of some remedial work after the first inspection. EICR was promptly issued once the work was completed. Overall I had very good experience. They kept me well informed during the entire process. I believe their pricing is reasonably cheaper. Last but not least I found them reliable. I will definitely use their services in future.

United Kingdom | 17 February 2020This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. I am a landlord and used this company for all of our electric testing. They were initially fast, sent someone round to do the testing and took our payment. They promised same day returns of all certificates. However, after 2 weeks of chasing, I received some certificates. Now, I have tenants moving in in 2 days and still have not received the EPC. I am calling and emailing every single day. They are not responding to any calls nor answering on live chat, or responding to emails. They are liars and frauds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have wasted a sum of money on this company and will now have to use another company with high cost of short notice. I am truly appalled.

United States | 30 December 2019I have been refunded on condition I delete this review. I'm still deciding whether to or not. I said I would delete it in order to get the refund. But now, I think it is unfair to others who may be use this service if I delete it. I booked this outfit to do gas safety inspection, boiler service and PAT test. I paid and received certificates. BUT ... my tenants told me the guy spent about 5 minutes in the property and did not look at the electrics. Five minutes seems an awfully short time to do gas safety and boiler service. The certificates are signed by 2 different people. Only one person attended. Is this fraud? They will not refund me. I advised them I would be making formal complaints if they did not refund me and they did not respond. I have complained to Gas Safe Council. I am in the process of preparing an NICEIC complaint. Next step is a Trading Standards complaint. Please if you have had a similar experience, follow up with formal complaints. I don't think this outfit should be in business.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2019Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Initially - they answered very quickly and sent someone around promptly. The guy arrived and didn't even look like he knew what he was doing. Luckily I said I would ring the office to pay for the service and not cash in hand. However, after ringing about 20 times, nobody has answered and I have not received my certificate. To make it even worse, the plumber that came has damaged my boiler and now I need to get someone else out to fix it. Avoid this organisation.

I've been chasing for more than two weeks for my inspection report or and written confirmation from the engineer they sent onsite last minute, but no reply at all and false promises of getting back by a guy with Indian accent calling himself Andy (sorry, not sacastic or raciest, but no sense of credibility of LPI's customer service). Now they are not answering the call either. I haven't even asked for a refund due to the poor service and bad communication yet. They still owe me my report. Btw, just found out the company is not Gas Safe registered! The company finally contacted me via text after seeing the review. Asked me to remove the review first then they offer a refund or revisit. Neither option happened. Should I still trust their promises and delete a genuine review of experience FIRST?

United Kingdom | 20 August 2018This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The engineer turned up and didnt know which services he would be inspecting. After pointing them out 3 days later once I'd paid the invoice - I had to call up to ask for my certificate. It came through with just two appliances and not the gas fire which bI quite CLEARLY pointed out. I have now been calling and emailing them every day since and been told lies and false promises about the amended certificate coming through. They now won't answer the phone to me - or reply on live chat. I have finally, after 10 days of trying at least twice a day, asked for a refund - to which the live chat went silent. Avoid this company at all cost - it is without a doubt the worst customer service and experience I have had in this respect.
