Incredible! Bianca was amazing to instantly reply to my email regarding a mix-up of items. I was sent everything in 3 days with royal mail, and there was a wrong item. They immediately sorted it out, I even got to keep the wrong item! That was amazing customer service. The box also had lovely pink paper strings which were appealing to the eyes, and a cute extra bunny with many samples! I recommend this store so much ❤️

Unblemish sells legitimate Korean beauty products. I bought many products including the BEAUTY OF JOSEON Relief Sun Rice + Probiotics 50ml SPF. I scanned the authenticity sticker on the product using the Beauty of Joseon app which showed that the serial number matched and it was a genuine product. Ordered on 29th December and received on 4th January (within a week, over the holiday weekend for New Year). Lovely packaging, free samples and a handwritten note with my order. Thank you for the amazing service and I will definitely be recommending to others and ordering again in future.
