The process was seamless from ordering to delivery. It was during the Christmas holiday and most companies have closed for year. But the sales manager was able to manage my expectations by informing me that the delivery will take about 2 weeks. Upon agreeing price and payments made invoice was issued and I had to wait. 2 weeks later the item arrived. I would have loved it arrived sooner but as it wasn't within the control of any of the parties involved it was reasonable to wait. The item arrived well packaged and in good working order. The car is being MOTed and now back in use.

I contacted the Airbag Team with an initial enquiry regarding seatbelt recolouring. Not only did they offer extremely useful advice & guidance during that call, but also gave me a follow-up call with additional info on the recolouring service they offer. I sent my seatbelts off to them and within three days of receipt the Airbag Team had completed all works on the four belts and had them returned to me. Puchased item instantly failed once fitted spoke to team member that said they would send me a new unit (which never turned up!) After that ordered a new one from main dealer which was cheaper than second hand one which worked perfectly

I used the Airbag Team after receiving a quote of over £400 for a replacement seat belt from my main dealer. The Airbag Team were able to replace the seatbelt for much, much less which saved me in the region of £300 - 400. It only took a couple of hours to do which was well worth the wait for the savings I made.
