United Kingdom | 21 July 2021Both Neil and Martin are brilliant landlords. We had our struggles as anyone does but overall very good. Fair with deposits and listened to our queries. Only one thing to add and that is that they need to be more accessable. If we'd had a leak or anything urgent then it would have been 2 days before either of them knew! Highly recommended!

My previous experience had been with an agency, and it was difficult to get issues resolved - but Martin and Neil were always just an email away. We got most of our deposit back, with a fair discussion and negotiation. Going to miss my previous house!

United Kingdom | 15 March 2021I had a wonderful experience renting from Neil. He was extremely kind. Maintenance for the property was never an issue as Neil would always respond to any repairs as fast as he could. He is fair and thoughtful. Would recommend Neil and Martin again!
