Abbiamo appena concluso un viaggio di famiglia indimenticabile in Thailandia e gran parte del merito va alla assistenza dell’agenzia (e di Anna). Fin dal primo contatto, Anna si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile, aiutandoci a scegliere la destinazione più adatta alle nostre esigenze e occupandosi di ogni dettaglio con professionalità e cortesia. Se state pensando ad un viaggio in Vietnam non esitate, affidatevi ad Asia Viva Travel. Siamo stati 18 giorni in questo paese magnifico scoprendo da nord a sud tutte le sue meraviglie. In fase di pianificazione del viaggio avevamo molti dubbi, perplessità e preoccupazioni ma la fantastica Anna di Asia Viva ci rassicurava ripetendoci "fidatevi di me ". Ci siamo fidatevi ed è stata un esperienza irripetibile: hotel, guide, mezzi di trasporto e voli interni tutto perfetto. Anna è sempre stata in contatto con noi. We are so happy with the experience we had for our trip in Cambodia and Lao!! Anna has been so attentive to our needs and adapted the tour to our requests. During the trip we could reach her for any help, and she was also extremely proactive when my friends had an injury and to proceed the tour a wheelchair was needed, it arrived in our hotel super fast! She also helped to get the assistance and wheelchair in the airports. Definitely a trustworthy agency and Anna is really great!!

It was a real pleasure to meet Fiume and rely on her for this trip. Everything was perfect; Vietnam and Cambodia gave us unique experiences. Fiume was always extremely helpful—before, during, and after the trip—accommodating our requests and customizing our tour.

In hindsight, I would have opted for a less touristic country than Thailand which, in my view has a less emotional impact than African countries or India, for example; however, as far as the organization and efforts of Fiume, our consultant from Asia Viva Travel, are concerned, I must emphasize that she was always available and went out of her way to meet certain requests, modifying the established itinerary, like changing both the floating market and the elephant sanctuary experiences into more ethic ones.
