United Kingdom | 28 April 2020I have 2 policies with Coversure and have done loyally for over 12 years. One of my main stipulations was that we were covered for compulsory closure. We have been been compulsorily closed by the government due to Covid19 and Coversure are refusing to pay out because Covid 19 is 'not on their list of diseases'. Of course it's not.....no one knew about it until recently. If you are a member of the National Hairdressers Federation and have a salon policy with Coversure, it's not worth the paper it's written on. £10,000 of premiums and a customer for over a decade and you refuse to pay out when we need you most. YOU HAVE LOST MY CUSTOM - I'VE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF AS I DO AT THIS MOMENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

United Kingdom | 26 September 2019Very helpful until you pay in full, then its taken 2 weeks to get my documents which are very vague and lots of items missing and ive had to pester them 3 times to just write out my coverage schedule and they dont want to talk to you and quick to hang up and still waiting for a clear document to send off to my customers
