Product came and looked to be in an opened condition (seals on box open and box damaged) contacted company but has no reply from them

Great services. Ordered phone charger. Came really quickly. Also ordered again as they were cheap .

One of the chargers kept blowing the main fuse box, sent messages to seller no reply from them whatsoever stay away from this company

Delivery is fast and packaging is good. Only problem I had was with the product. It doesn’t work, didn’t know it was specified for a certain hub.

Ordered an Apple adapter which was supposed to be new and unopened, but the packaging was dirty and grubby and had obviously been opened previously, disappointed as it was a birthday present.

The connection between monitor and computer wher incompatible. Rang and requested the correct one, which I was told would be sent. No cable arrived so brought our own system then worked fine.

Hi I emailed yesterday and haven't heard anything. Plugged into a trusted socket and started smoking and then tripped out the power in the room. I was worried a fire was going to start. I have ordered the boosters 3 times through zone. 1. Didn't work 2. Worked fine 3. Started smoking and nearly set on fire Call me to arrange refund

Unusual method of payment of paying a third party via bank transfer. Made payment instantly. No acknowledgement of payment. No item sent. I had to go through lots of rigmarole to receive a refund. In hindsight - always ensure standard payment methods with debit / credit cards used and then this would have probably been fine.
