I just received my order and I have no words to perfectly describe how utterly disappointed I am in your product. I can't believe that they are the same item as the picture on your webstore. I can't believe I paid that much for something I will never wear outside my home, if at all. I am debating on returning them but that will cost more of my time and money and these are just not worth. Also, you boast being a Canadian based company but this came from China and it looks and feels like something out of a sweatshop in China. And you want me to pay the costs to return the item to Asia. They actually look like someone took a pillow case and cut it and sewed it in a pair of long, wide, straight legged, capris. The material is not the soft cotton that is 8n the description. The sizing is completely off.

I bought a dress and the wrong color was sent me so I wanted a refund only to find out I have to return the dress to China for a refund. The product was sent from Burnaby, BC according to the return address. Not only that, they abide by Dutch law according to their contract post. Where does this company operate...they are so devious.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Takes weeks to arrive , quality is rubbish. And the return address is in China not London. I have reported them to trading standards and the fraud department but not got anyway. Cost me £34 to return 2 cardigans. This should not be allowed .

Don’t use this company. Ordered goods with express delivery- turned up 3 weeks later, very poor packaging and quality of products are very cheap. Requested a refund but they won’t provide the address in Asia where items should be returned to (I have requested 3 times). It appears to me delayed tactic so you give up on the return/refund. If I don’t hear from them in the next 2 days I am going to request my credit card company to commence the chargeback process. Website also implies they are based in London- they aren’t!!

Awful experience. No contact number so can’t get in touch with the company. I didn’t think the order would arrive. It turned up over 2 weeks later, with no information on how to return. The full order wasn’t even included, I was missed a dress. The quality of the clothes/shoes were shocking. I’d appreciate it if someone could reach out to help.

item arrived after several weeks and was appalled at the poor packaging crumpled thin material wrongly sized and need to return asap for refund Emails as yet give me little hope I will get my money back as company trying to offer larger size and demanding £13 to send back China - please avoid Sage as Iknow I have been scammed

No paperwork to confirm my order and no sign of my new shoes yet. Wish I’d read all these reviews before ordering from this site (also trading on INSTA as Sole-London). My bank has warned it is a ‘known operation’ but can’t assist for 30 days, and in the meantime I should expect to receive a random item in the post - and I need to at least attempt to return it - as its weirdly connected to these scammers. Buyer beware!

This company - which also appears to trade as Sage London on Instagram - is a complete and utter scam. It is not a British company, the clothes come from China, are cheap, shoddy and ill-fitting, and are almost certainly not the ones advertised on Instagram. I would avoid like the plague, no response from so-called customer service when I asked for a review. I've read some of the 'positive' reviews on here and they are clearly fraudulent and probably AI generated. Trust the people complaining here and hopefully avoid losing money too.

The 'sale' that they advertised did not end at midnight as they stated. It continued with additional reductions. This wouldn't have been so bad had the garments not been made of cheap fabric and taken 2 weeks to arrive from China. No care labels attached and very skimpy. They state they are based in London. You do not always get a response from the '24/7' customer support team and refunds are at your cost back to Asia and you cant return discounted goods. Trading standards may want to take a look.

Do not bother using this company. Purchased online and paid extra for next day delivery. No information whatsoever on the status of the item and did not receive anything on the day. Chased asking for an update for where it is, why it is late etc, and received no responses. After several days, Sage sends 1-line email to say order has been cancelled with no explanation, and they have not refunded the money they took. Scam business.

An absolute joke of a company, bought a t shirt for £125 which game in just a bag and was literally coming apart the first month of use so they agreed to return for a refund. Over two weeks later of them receiving it and two emails from me following it up they’re still ignoring my emails. No refund and no product either essentially scamming me of over £100. Avoid this company and get direct with the store. Unfortunately for me the brand didn’t have it in stock.

I ordered 2 tops, both large. One was too big, the other too small. I also ordered a pair of shorts in medium. the waist was about 10 inches short of being able to button. Very disappointed.

Amazing one of the best retail services I’ve experienced!! From the head office down to the Enfield store. The Manager at this branch took his time with me, ensured I found what I was looking for! Helpful, patient and educated me on my favourite fashion brand, things I didn’t even know. I left that shop with the item I really wanted and knowledge on what labels I should wear to get the fit I actually want. Moreover they have exclusive items that you can’t find everywhere. Definitely recommend to everyone to shop there and experience that 1st class service I received. Thank you to everyone at the Enfield branch!

Never use this site!! Ordered a tracksuit, when it arrived it was crumbled into the bag, no tags on it and the joggers weren't even the ones shown on the site! I returned this item, to then be told I couldn't have a refund as "it had been worn" it hadn't at all. Communication between the company is shocking, they ignore emails.....ignored mine for 3 weeks! Stay away from ordered off this site.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I wanted to give them zero stars but it won’t let me this has to be one of the worst company’s I have ever come across I ordered 2 pairs of stone island jeans and a black cp company polo shirt on Monday come Wednesday they email me a tracking number followed by another email stating they don’t have that colour in stock so They offered it me in white which I agreed to upon looking in the website I changed my mind within 5 minutes i emailed them stating I don’t want it in white they ignored me I received my parcel on Thursday morning when I opend my parcel I was missing a pair of stone island jeans the clothing had no packaging at all they where just put into the delivery bag which is really unprofessional I’ve emailed the company straight away stating the problem with the missing item they have not responded back neither has any one answered the call I have sent back the 2 items that I recived recorded delivery which I paid £11.15 and contacted my bank I’ve been advised to wait 15 days before they put in a dispute this is the worst company I’ve ever come across be aware as you all have been warned this company is a joke

First of all their delivery cost is more expensive than anyone else. I paid £5.00 for a normal delivery. I ordered the goods on Monday and was told I would get a delivery on weds, if ordered before 4pm. The goods did not arrive until Friday. Now I am aware that we are in the middle of a pandemic but other companies seems to be getting their goods out on time. To top it up the goods was not the exact thing I ordered. The sliders they showed on the site was written in a gold colour (Hugo Boss). The ones they sent was written in light blue which did not look as nice.

Nice service and great delivery. A lot of nice clothes on the site. Bought a Stone Island tracksuit and everything is great and authentic, however no SI bag so only 4 stars out of 5. Shipped to Denmark, bought Monday morning and the clothes were here Tuesday so GREAT delivery. Would definitely recommend and buy from here another time.
