Cannot recommend Reshma Sunnassee highly enough! Reshma and I were initially engaged on a reasonably straightforward family case and Reshma was always understanding, diligent and thorough. However, when the other party decided to invoke extremely serious emergency orders against me in an attempt to strengthen their case, the situation changed overnight and I was faced with an emergency court hearing. Reshma had less than 36 hours to review extensive documentation, instruct a Barrister and work at the helm of a team to implement a suitable defence. The order the other party made was entirely unfounded, but was potentially extremely serious and could have had a severe impact on my working life. Thanks to Reshma and her team's hard work we secured a positive outcome, with the best result we could have hoped for! In cases like this it's super important to have a Solicitor that understands not only the law, but also your specific issues and your desired outcome. Navigating a complex system is a challenge in itself. The lead on the case was available for phone calls, and easily contactable. Support staff kept the flow of documents going, and covered when the lead person was away. The Barristers recommended acted professionally, worked hard on the day in court, and were on the ball. Although a lengthy procedure, a final fair and successful result.

Unfortunately in life, sometimes one may have to deal with financial separation/divorce. In my case, I was waiting until it was 'all over' before writing a few words. I would very much like to thank Louise Minifie and Thomas Mansfield for all that was done for me, it is much very appreciated. The last 1-2 years were some of the toughest moments of my life, and I feel Louise provided very valuable and honest input during this period. It is of course a stressful period, and Louise also put up with me getting agitated many many times, as well as skilfully taking the heat out of correspondence, which could well have made things even worse. I remember emails I sent, demanding something strongly worded be sent, but what Louise sent was actually what was needed.
