J’ai loué la version premium pour mon mariage et ça a été un franc succès ! Tout le monde a adoré et tout le monde a participé aux activités qu’on avait mis en place avec le photobooth ! 🥰

Lieferung und Rücksendung unkompliziert. Aufbau der Box kinderleicht (auch für Tech-Dummies wie mich) und zusätzlich mit Videoanleitung. Hatte noch ein paar Fragen, wie z. B. die Änderung des Layouts und habe zweimal die Hotline angerufen. Sehr freundliches, geduldiges und kompetentes Personal am Telefon gehabt, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet.

Soweit lief alles gut. Die Zustellung über UPS klappte erst beim 3 Anlauf, der Auslieferer behauptete, dass er keinen angetroffen habe. Total unverständlich, da es eine Pforte gibt, die bis 21.30 Uhr besetzt ist! Gut, dafür kann KRUU nichts! Der Abzug von einem Stern ist deshalb, weil wir festgestellt hatten, dass am Drucker innendrinn eine "Nase" an einem Plastikstück abgebrochen war. Als Antwort auf unsere Reklamation war, dass wir eine Anleitung zum richtigen Einsetzen bekommen haben. Nicht hilfreich, da dein Teil abgebrochen war! Wir haben uns dann mit Tesafilm selbst geholfen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben was Service und Verständnis angeht! Montags vor 12 Uhr haben wir die Box zurückgesandt. Schon Dienstags waren dann die Fotos in der App abrufbar. Top!

Der Fotobox ist 4 Tage vor dem Geburtstag angekommen. Das ist super! Könnten sich belehren, bevor für die Gäste vorgestellt haben. Danke.

War einfach top! Die Buchung lief reibungslos, die Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich, und die Fotobox war super einfach zu bedienen. Die Qualität der Bilder hat uns positiv überrascht – gestochen scharf und perfekt belichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir die lustigen Accessoires, die für jede Menge Spaß gesorgt haben. Der Service war professionell und freundlich, sodass alles stressfrei ablief. Unsere Gäste hatten riesigen Spaß, und die Erinnerungen sind unbezahlbar. Klare Empfehlung für jede Feier!

Our guests had a great time. The pictures came out great. I just wish I had a person to talk to about the process. I was under the impression after the unit was returned I would then receive all the pictures and yet I have not.

Positiv: Gastupload Funktion für Bilder vom Smartphone Schwierig: Rückversand der Box bis 12.00 Uhr am nächsten Werktag…

Réception dans les délais prévu et renvoi facile. Montage simple et très bien expliqué. Utilisation claire et intuitif de l appareil. Aucun soucis technique, tout fonctionne à merveille. Activité apprécié par tous les invités de l événement. Photo et matériel de qualité. Récupération immédiate via l application de toutes les photos après le renvois de l appareil.

Super einfacher Aufbau, tolle Bildqualität und einfache Abwicklung

This is honestly such a great company. The photo machine works so impeccably and the customer service is ON POINT. The package you purchase does make a difference in the quality of your experience. The premium is the way to go. Anything less is not as impressive. I have used both the premium and the basic and the basic prints tiny pics and the printer is a pain to keep refilling with ink and paper.

We used Kruu to try to save a little bit of money on our event but do not recommend. The printer was impossible to reload and we had to stop using it halfway through the event. The machine itself moved out of position way too easily since it isn't secured on the tripod. Finally, the number of times you had to push buttons on the screen was too much.

Ich fand die Anleitung und Anleitung perfekt. Leider war die Camera nicht so Mega gut eingestellt. Bei mehreren Leuten auf den Bilder, wurden die in zweiter Reihe sehr unscharf.

We were genuinely surprised how much fun our guests (even the little ones) had with this booth. If you are expecting little ones, LET THEM USE THE BOOTH. We got so many golden responses from our guests and the BEST photos of the adults photobombing all of our little ones. This was a non-interactive brunch that and this was basically the show stopper for our soon to be overly adorable girls. We were so grateful to have booked this and how much fun our families had with it !
