United Kingdom | 24 November 2024This rental car company operates a scam: they falsely accuse you of damaging the car and charge your credit card afterward, then block you on WhatsApp and ignore emails. Here’s how it works: - When you collect the car at the airport, they don't record existing damage but ask you to take photos. - On return, they claim the car looks fine but insist on "checking back at the office". - Later, when you request your deposit back, they accuse you of causing damage and demand your photos. - When you send your photos, they claim the damage is somewhere else and refuse to provide evidence. - They eventually charge your credit card without your consent and stop responding to all communications. They even claim that you didn't book with them, and that you should contact Expedia instead, despite the paperwork and credit card charge clearly showing "Amsterdam Rentacar". This company is a scam and should not be in business. DO NOT USE THEM!

Germany | 20 November 2024Charged more than 360 Euros for damage that was already present on the car. The car was not in good condition: the brakes were shaking, and the radio wasn't working. Did not receive any paperwork for the damage and the drop-off of the car. Cannot understand all the good Google reviews; they must be fake.
