Been living in 40 Les Canichers for almost a year now and couldnt be happier with it! The landlord, Nigel, is friendly, approachable and very helpful. Any issues(which are rare) are sorted quickly and professionally. The house itself is great! Nice big kitchen and literally a 3/4 minute walk from the town centre. Highly reccommend using Executive Homes if you are looking for a room to rent in town.

I lived in the Chequers almost a year,the house is situated close to all amenities,very airy and clean.Love my landlord(Nigel),has always been prompting to help his tenants,but for me,was more like a Daddy,was always there for me when i needed.Would love to stay,but due the circumstances had to search for a bigger place to live.I highly recommend this property for whoever is looking for somewhere to live.

Lived in Chequers for more than year , rooms are nice and tidy plus super location. Landlords Nigel Robson and His Wife are amazing people , always quick on respond and helpful.

I lived under his property for almost 2 years. He was very keen and easy to negotiate with. He's a fair land lord. If I hadn't need to leave Guernsey, I would have been happy to let in his property for a very long period. Shame that land lords like him are a few ;)

I have lived in Chequers for over 2 years . I don't see Chequers as a house but my home where I have always felt comfortable and secure. Communication between tenants and the landlord Nigel is great with any problems or queries sorted out immediately. I would highly recommend Executive Homes . Sincerely ..Tina :)
