Muy desordenada la atención y la asesoría. Compre porque llegue determinado a comprar. No porque me dieran la atención debida. Una compra de más de 500 us y no me dieron ni unas bolsas decentes para llevarme las cosas. Me envolvieron las raquetas en unos plásticos como si estuvieran regalándome algo. Quede bastante decepcionado.

There were missing items. I did not receive the Dunlop protection tape and have not seen a refund for this item either. No explanation as to why it was not in the box.
