The frame has been constructed beautifully with quality wood and components, but the finishing has let it down. I have had to sand the oak to remove little splinters from the surface of the wood. I didn't expect to have to do this when paying a premium for a frame. When packed, the glue gun glue has blobbed from the packaging onto the frame on the reverse, it did come off with a few minutes picking, but it was not ideal.

I was annoyed about the time it took to deliver which wasn’t the company’s fault .I loved the frames I bought and plan to buy more
