Over the moon with Rowell Rocks. I paid for my order mid afternoon on a Friday, expecting for it to be packed and sent on the Monday but it was such a wonderful surprise when it arrived next day instead on a Saturday!! The team are super helpful and have great knowledge when it comes to their products. I think they have extremely reasonable prices and make it super easy to shop with. They have a large product range and go out of their way to help you. 100% will order again

I've been dealing with this family owned business for several years now and I have to say I've had a first rate service. The quality of their crystals is excellent and their ethos of working with small crystal wholesalers who support fair pay to their staff is very important for me and my business. The customer service and social media team are top quality and they go above and beyond by offering either video or photos of any crystals im looking for or what crystals they have in stock. This company make it very easy to buy from them as they offer live sales shopping, website and video calls. I've spent a fortune....lol But I wouldn't have it any other way. I highly recommend them...you won't regret it.

Amazing, family run crystal wholesalers. They are fab! Very friendly and are always quick to respond to any queries. Once you’ve paid for your crystals they are posted and received within 24-48hours. It’s been amazing to have that support as I can then offer my customers a great service in return. There are different ways to buy which is also super handy, so through live sales, Instagram stories, van sales or in person. They definitely deserve a 5star review.

Fair pricing and very good customer service - they really understand if you need a little longer to pay a basket and they are very understanding and welcoming. I have purchased from this wholesaler twice. I was very happy with the quality of the crystals, but my last order, which was a sale, disappointed me. I attended a video sale, which was meant to offer big discounts. When I priced up my stock using other retailers as a price guide, I found the prices were the same as what I purchased them for. Shopping from a wholesaler is meant to be better in price, not the same as Etsy. Some crystals won't be able to sell for even £1 profit, which is really disappointing. So I wont be to quick to purchase again, sorry. Agate Points Blue Kyanite Obsidian Pyramid Labradorite slabs and more, but I haven't got around to checking everything. I did get a good deal on some things, but I need to be more careful next time. Some things are also labelled Sphallarite and flower Amethyst when they apparently are not.
