Sent the wrong item, and didn’t reply when I asked to return for a refund

Very disappointed. Ordered "lush ice" vaping product from their website and received a "watermelon" vaping product. Called them to get a replacement sorted out but the customer service(?) guy said "watermelon is obviously lush ice flavour" and that it was my fault for not Googling beforehand. What is obvious is that if you are going to sell a product that has "watermelon" flavour written on it, you should clearly state that on the product item so people are fully aware when they order. Won't be ordering from these guys again after the lack of accountability and disrespect shown during my call with them.
