The trainer Phil was awesome, able to create a fun and relaxed training environment. very knowledgeable on the topic. Couldn't give 5 stars as communication regarding the course ie reminder etc was poor. Room changes were made for both courses i undertook, neither was communicated by the course organiser. Some people were left wondering around the building for 1/2hr trying to find the new location.
