Took only one short phone call to have all my questions answered and the appointment set up. Driver arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

It was very easy to make the donation. There were LIVE people to talk with. The tow company came at the assigned time. The two gentlemen were able to get my tags off fir me. They were polite, efficient, and were able to drive my car onto the back of the flatbed with ease. Thank you. I had the car with 3 miles on the odometer until I donated it today with over 245,000 miles. It was a wonderful car. I’m glad I was able to donate it to a worthy cause.

The ladies who called and I spoke with were very professional and new what they were doing.. They were helpful and made the process very easy. The driver who picked up my car was niice and efficient.

They answered all my questions, and had all the paperwork in order when the car was picked up. Very professional and organized.

Everything went pretty smooth! I had to adjust date of pickup and then towing company was just very busy. But in the end they have the donated vehicle and praying it helps a Vet!

Calling the organization was good. Phone was answered by a human and any requests or changes were made. The only negative was the window of time I needed to be available. Asked to be ready at 6am then showing up an after 4pm. Especially since the hauler said it would be 2 hours after I called to talk to them. That would indicate to me they hadn’t left DC when they contacted me. For future clients, the window of time should be narrower. Other than that everyone including the haulers made it a seamless experience.

The tow truck driver was courteous, helpful, and efficient. Everyone involved was as pleasant as they could be.

It was sad to let go of my car that had been in my life since I was 6 years old, but the Veteran Car Donations made it easy to donate my vehicle and was quick and simple to apply and took my car even with the possibility of it not working and having dings and dents to the body.

It was easier than I thought it would be. Very informative of how the transfer would go. The Tow truck guy showed me the steps to complete transfer info to DMV on line .

Process was very easy, car was picked up the very next day.
