Reposting as no response. Item did not arrive, royal mail tracking says returned to sender. Customer service team ignores emails (no, replies are not blocked by my email provider), only responds to reviews. How do I get a refund? Paid by debit card, not PayPal.

Package has not been delivered, company hast not answered to my emails for several weeks now. Addition to the answer: It would have been great, if you would have answered any of my serveral email to your company. As you can see in the provided tracking, the item has been returned to you. I tried several post offices for the package but with no success. I really would have like the product instead of using paypal to get my money back. But there where no communication from your side over the course of 1 1/2 month.
