Sebastian replaced my hard drive, which had a malware infection and multiple other issues. Sebastian is courteous and approachable and I had my laptop back in full working order 24 hours after taking it in. He patiently explained everything that needed doing. Excellent service.

I contacted Seb on a Saturday morning as my laptop had a problem (Wifi stopped working due to a driver conflict). He accepted to fix it and kindly allowed me to deliver the laptop to his shop outside his working hours. He fixed it in a couple of days and, again, allowed me to collect the laptop from his store outside his working hours.
