First test pass with Alfie best instructor . He was really a good supporter. I felt comfortable when he spoke to me and supported me. I don't know how to describe him. Thank you for everything

Paul was an excellent instructor, and my son felt confident going to lessons and taking his test. There were a couple of issues, namely that although I had booked weekly lessons and paid for these in advance, three lessons in a row were cancelled by the company. Although the lessons were rearranged, it did leave a 3 week gap in my son's tuition. Also, there was a problem with the car (I acknowledge that this was a fault with the car, and outside the control of NxtGen), but this meant that the car that my son was using for lessons was changed to a different make and model, which caused him some frustration and lack of confidence in the run-up to his test. Saying that, I have recommended Paul and NxtGen to a number of people in the area.

I did an intensive with alfie and he was a great instructor, was very patient and made me feel comfortable. So funny and lovely to be around, helped me become confident driving and helped me pass my test!

Driving instructor Tristen was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful and the tips he provided helped me pass my test.

I had my lessons with NXTGEN driving academy. Carlos was my instructor and I can honestly say I have never felt more relaxed learning to do something new. He was so approachable and kind. He gave me all the information and guidance needed to pass my test first time!

I had graham as my driving instructor. I have been learning to drive for a couple of years now! And graham has by far, been the best instructor I have had. He was so patient and took his time to ensure I was ready for my test.

My instructor Graham was an amazing instructor and taught me very quickly by testing my limits and putting me in the deep end he’s every easy to get along with which made me more comfortable quicker with driving

I had Carlos for automatic driving lessons, both intensive and a few catch up lessons after (in the gaps of uni terms). He is FANTASTIC! Very kind and patient, always carefully explaining things and making sure I understand everything on the road. He has always believed in me, even when I didn't believe in myself. I recently completely a 40hr intensive driving course with Dean and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Totally chilled instructor and made me feel very confident in my driving. After a small mistake on my first test I passed with zero faults on my second and this is definitely down to Deans teaching, couldn’t recommend him more!

I want to first off say a massive thank you to Dean! He has been the best instructor that anyone could ask for and I would say if you can request him definitely do! He took the time to figure out my learning style never made me feel dumb for little mistakes and took a massive interest in me as a person. I was booked on a 30 hour intensive course with the promise of a test at the end of the week however my week was messed around I will say this was nothing to do with dean this was completely down to the office, I then had to wait a week until after my final lesson to get a test booked and another two weeks until I could do the test. The gap on time made me a little nervous about my test and how I would preform thankfully for me I was driving every day in the interim but appreciate not everyone could do that and it may push peoples confidence back. Dean on the day of my test… today was really kind and supportive and talked me through everything again and gave me the boost I needed. I went out passed my test with only two driver faults and I can confidently say that is all down to Dean! Thanks again for your time and support! Anyone who gets Dean is in great hands and will have a really good time!

Instructor Conal must be one of the best driving instructors out there in BSE. So patient and calm. Really knows how to teach and build confidence in a learner driver. Very positive when you are struggling with something. Would definitely recommend him and the NxtGen Driving Academy

After over a year of going without driving, after two intensive lessons just to refresh everything I have officially passed my test. I had joined recently after finding my old instructor, Diane, had moved to work at NextGen. Diane is an excellent driving instructor and I am happy to have her teach me how to drive. She encouraged me all the time that I have known her.
