The owner BJ only has 1 old 2015 suburban, 1 MKS/MKT 2019, 1 Lincoln Navigator 2017 and 1 bused Lincoln stretch limousine that'll heat up and break down on the side of the road without lose air conditioning and as per the owner it's not the company's fault and you'll still pay some portion of the money even after your event has been spoiled. 2) Read this company's shady policy as once you pay there's no way you're getting your money back whether it's your fault or the company's 3) The other vehicles, stretch limo and party buses and coaches advertised everywhere is bogus. You'll pay 40-50% more on the same vehicles if you book with this shady company as compared to when you book with the original owners of the vehicles. I know this because I had clear instructions to charge as much as possible for any little things or little requests Also, if the limo or party bus comes up busted, there's no recourse as the hypocrite BJ didn't even own the vehicle in the first place and good luck getting your money back as BJ will get a discount from the affiliate company anyways. ask for the vehicle pictures with the original Cowry Logo or emblem. The jobs that he can't do are done by independent uber drivers, whether you book the sedan or the SUV, an uber is coming your way although at 5 times the price. 5) Pricing Structure: I'll start with the clause in this underdog company's policy stating" the rates can change anytime without notice" this speaks for itself but let's elaborate: a) All other companies' rate are all inclusive, however BJ prefers that, you pay gratuity extra, which is already included, also admin fee just to look big and charge more also inflated credit card charges where other companies factor in all this to make the rate transparent and competitive. b) Ironically, there's a 4 hour minimum (understandable cause everybody has it) now in those 4 hours your pickup, stop and drop off should be within a block of each other for Mr BJ not to get tired because driving is not easy. If you have multiple stops even close to each other you'll have to pay extra because extra stops means more driving for BJ. also if now you're done early you can't drive around the vehicles for the hours you paid for because gas is expensive and, go home! c) All other companies reguarly update their fleet to meet the demands of the customers where as BJ will send you old model vehicles at higher rates only because of the reviews (which we helped this guy to get and are bogus, read the negative review to see the clear picture and owner's response to them) and if you need a 2023 or newer vehicles you'll have to pay even extra which the other companies are providing you even cheaper. d) Now you must be thinking you can easily charge back your money in case of any such discrepancy, you are wrong as the payment via credit/debit card is made so ridiculouly difficult coupled with extra charges that you are forced to pay with venmo, zelle, or cashapp.
