My parcel arrived by wonderful Royal Mail, encased in a plastic bag, with a large hole in the packaging, and no contents! I immediately called Treemarker and spoke to a fantastically helpful person who organised some replacement items free of charge that arrived the next day as promised. Fantastic customer service, unlike Royal Mail.

The purchases arrived promptly and as described. Being picky, some items (gauntlets) could be purchased locally cheaper, but overall happy with value of purchase. Billhook was rather dull as received and has taken some effort to get it to an acceptable sharpness, but I guess they can’t be sent out too sharp.
