Hello, about the product I can’t say nothing wrong, I find it very good and worth the price. But unfortunately about the costumer service and delivery everything went so wrong, I never received the product that I bought with the delivery because I had to go in the delivery deposit to take it by myself. I paid extra money for a quick delivery but the product never arrived, I had to discover by myself that the product was at the delivery depot and that they couldn’t deliver it before 1 week even if I was paid the delivery to receive it the day after. I called the company sheet plastic to explain the situation and requested the refund for the delivery costs and they said that they were going to sort it out. I never received any response or money back for the delivery.

The circles were not perfect circles! There were what looked like burn marks on the edges - which I had to spend cleaning the circles !!! Edges were rough but smooth!! Yes actually disappointed and the cost a lot of money!!

service ok - however product not great. Due to flimsy nature and quality of product the mirror looks like it should be in a hall of mirrors at a theme park; even though it is hung on a totally flat surface.

Easy to order and actually be able to speak to a real person. First order was scratched but swiftly sent a replacement. Maybe more robust packaging would prevent this?

Great product, good communication and speedy delivery

Material exactly what I needed. At a reasonable price. The choice of materials and sizes was impressive. Delivery was not too long and I was kept informed of progress. Shipping cost was a bit steep. Almost as much as the sheet cost. Perhaps this can be looked at.

Bought 3mm acrylic sheets, cut to custom size, for windows in a garden shed. They arrived at the promised time, correctly cut and well packaged to protect the acrylic. Easy to work with. Lowest price that I found. The garden shed company sent 1mm acrylic; far too flimsy to use & 2 panes were scrtached. Rubbish. No comparison to Sheet Plastics.

Good quality, delivered on time

We ordered all our 4mm Perspex panels for our school outside shelter , we ordered online with our measurements and they came a few days later and we fit them ourselves . all very good quality and made our job very easy . Great company and products.

the staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was to much trouble to them, great. the only problem I have with them is the high cost they charged me for post & package
