Able to order the exact size and thickness for a replacement side panel for shower base. Easy to order exact requirement and delivered very quickly. So glad I found this company as had lost hope of getting the height and thickness elsewhere.

Ordered with a 10 -14day lead time. After 14 days I questioned where the parts were to be told they would be another 2 weeks. Poor comunication wont be using again. Shame as the parts were good quality.

I bought 6 small perspex sheets, for dividers on my large CD racks. The price was good, they were delivered quickly, and they are perfect. They came with protective film both sides so they were well protected. Very happy.

BEWARE OF MEASUREMENTS The piece I received was 1mm short on all cut sides. (ORDER SP-4000066329) The company appear to cut "on the line" of measurement. So make no allowance for the width of the cutting blade. It would be better (proper engineering) if they cut on the waste side of the measurement, thereby giving a piece that is the size requested. Otherwise I can report pieces did arrived promptly - still with cling film in place.

Broke glass on garden furniture but replacing it like for like was too expensive. So searched the internet for alternatives and came across Sheet Plastics. Ordered the perspex equivalent and had it delivered in ten days. You wouldn't know the difference from glass and a lot cheaper.

Recently ordered two bespoke items for an event 11 days ahead of when they were needed, with a delivery of 5-9 working days. Items were only confirmed as despatched on the Tenth day, meaning they were useless to me. Sheet Plastic refused to refund stating that the delivery period quoted is only an estimate.

Let down by their choice of carrier DX Logistics. Product is as described but transaction soured by DX Logistics. First can I say a 10 hour window for delivery is pathetic. But then (after waiting in all day) to just not turn up makes things even worse. They didn't even deliver the next day but I had to wait from Thursday until Monday for the delivery. WHY could then not let me know???? I spoke to the driver who said the person who usually delivers in my area was on holiday so DX Logistics KNEW there was nobody to make the delivery on the day they specified. AVOID - unless you have time to waste and wages you can afford to lose - which I cannot! UPDATE Thank you for your reply below, I appreciate you taking the time to read my review. I understand that the delivery delay way not your fault and have taken it up with DX Logistics. However, YOU choose which carrier to use, and YOU must have a service level agreement with them which I doubt says "deliver when you like and don't bother engaging with the customer". For this reason I titled the review "Let Down by DX Logistics". The efficiency of the carrier you choose has a direct effect on your business. I certainly would not buy from you again simply because of the carrier you use. Funnily enough, the driver did try to blame you and was extremely reluctant to provide me with any contact details for DX. However, he was soon put right eventually caved in and gave me a phone number but still would never give me the name of who he reported to so I could take the issue up with them.

A simple to use website, delivery was prompt.The actual item was perfect. It is just want I wanted. No problems or issues encountered, I would use this service again
