MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO BE ACCURATE

I ordered 2 x different sizes of brushed aluminium. They got one of the sizes wrong. I called to explain and a replacement was sent out right away. We can't be perfect all the time and it's how you respond when things go wrong that are very important. They responded very well.

I spoke with Nikki and then Ruth, the ordering process was straight forward. We needed a sheet delivered the following Monday and it was confirmed that we were going to receive it. It was important as we were shooting a high-profile film the following day and had to prep the day before to be able to use the sheet. Just before receiving the invoice via email I made an amendment to the size of the sheet. We then had a conversation over the phone to confirm everything. Specially the delivery on Monday. Monday arrived, no acrylic sheet. I was fuming, but there is nothing else I can do. We try and get the acrylic sheet AM on Tuesday... And when it finally arrives... Wrong size. Our email with the revised size hadn't been noticed. The real problem was that this sheet had been ordered for a custom made wooden platform that was designed to hold the sheet in place for the talent's performance. We not only received it too late, we also couldn't use it without spending thousands in carpentry and overtime. Ruth, James and Nikki were accommodating. But in what concerns business, mistakes are refunded.

Sheets were well packaged, I only owned them about 4 weeks after receiving them. Good quality and arrived on time.

Very good experience! Ordered a mirror finished acrylic piece with very strange dimensions Item was cut with incredible accuracy, it was excellently priced too (thought it may be a mistake!) It was delivered a lot earlier than expected and was wrapped very well. I ordered some acrylic sheets, Items arrived very well protected and packaged but one item was incorrect. I communicated to a lady called Donna in Sales about my concern and within 24hrs I had the correct replacement item cut, packaged and delivered. Most excellent customer service and response so full marks from a well satisfied customer. Will use supplier again.
