The company delivered a thoughtfully and thoroughly wrapped parcel and very quickly. I have spoken with staff a few times and they have all been really nice people and helpful. They all knew about the products. I bought clip secondary glazing. I selected clear edging to go with white painted wood sash windows. The clip fixings could have been closer to the glass but the sash window beading strip would have caused the screw to be in the paint join between frame and beading strip. I therefore bought plastic slightly wider to avoid this. Casement windows would facilitate the edging to be closer to the glass. I am impressed with the system. Condensation as stopped completely and noise from outside is reduced. I would use this company again and recommend them.
