I ordered a refrigerator, made full payment but it was found faulty. Unfortunately the replacement has taken close to a week even when the fault is not mine. I think it's quite unfair to allow such a long delay to deliver a replacement. I have no idea why this is so...but I hope that this can improve.

Communication was timely, payments were easy. Delivery was to the door and best of all, free. I loved also that the delivery person brought delivery forms to sign and return. Thank you for the wonderful products to help me monitor health, nutrition and wellbeing.

I ordered a power backup system with installation, it was delivered on time and installed in the location I wanted, everything was smooth, installer was knew what to do, Overall it was a good experience, I recommend Kweli to everyone who need their services.

This is an edit to my previous review of Kweli's service.I returned the item with an issue to Kweli as per their return.They agreed to give me a refund within 7 days after I had explained to them the issue as per their return and refund policy.However this refund was taking too long for me & though the 7 days had not yet elapsed, as I was in a hurry I opted to forego the return and instead repick and take the faulty item elsewhere for diagnosis.So though I didn't get the refund I am still happy with Kweli for having honored their side of the return policy

Great customer service, I didn't know how Kweli works, so I decided, to reach them out on watsup, they later called me to confirm my order, then they were patient, kept in touch with me till I reached home so that they could deliver...Right Company to use incase you want to order for something... Oh delivery fee was free that day.. Thanks Kweli

This was my fourth time to purchase from kwelishop however, they have significantly changed. Their staffs used to give one of the best customer service and this is no long the case. For example, one of the ladies that attended to me via a call was not up to standard. Then the modes of payment are limited. For a bank deposit, the only option they give is centenary bank. The other option is flexipay which has an extra charge to a customer. You need to explore other cost effective methods like momo pay or airtel pay.

They should ensure their stock levels are consistently updated and reflected accurately on their website to avoid delays, as I experienced an inconvenience when an out-of-stock item caused a delay in my order. This disrupted my plans. However, they were proactive in resolving the issue and successfully delivered my order, which I appreciated.
